I'm sorry, but the vote is definitely NOT 6 supports to 2 opposes. @HM, as an admin you should know the voting has been biased and thrown off balance. While you're on the supporting stance, you should still know to conduct a fair tally.
Firstly, I question some of the users here. While the top three supports are made by users whom I've seen around enough to know that they're an active part of the community, a "Yeah.." and an "I absolutely agree!" are not reasons why a user should be an administrator. Even if it's a restatement of something previously said, you must justify your stance, disqualifying the top two votes. The rules page clearly states that "voters must state why he/she supports the user" and you guys haven't shown me that yet.
@HM, I challenge your reason. "Considering [Tokihiko's] vast amount of edits and activity as Content Mod" in my opinion doesn't mean someone's fit to be an admin - rather that shows that he's a good content mod and someone's whose a fit for that position. What exactly is an administrator in your opinion? In my eyes, they should not simply be good editors but also good mediators/team players, something that I have failed to see.
I actually see that if anything, Tokihiko has broken a rule that is explicitly written on the administrator's page. Reading PC's comment shows he directly violated the rule where "administrators should not use their administrator powers to settle editing disputes," in which he has as a content mod.
All in all, while I can't agree with your reason about why he should be an admin HM, you've at least provided a reason, which justifies your vote.
The bottom three votes are too questionable in my opinion to be considered.
- TAPCLAPgamefansince2018 has made seven...7...edits on this wiki, 4 of them on his userpage a couple weeks before this thread, and then 3 on this thread. He may not be a sockpuppet, but explain to me why we count his vote...which also doesn't have a clear supporting reason? I personally don't think that if a major promotion thread was started on the Disney wiki, I could just come in and vote right? I assume the best of Tokihiko, knowing that he did not ask other outside parties to come in and tilt the vote in his direction.
- Benni Jones and Alphablocks come back after an entire month or more of inactivity here just to vote on this thread, neither of them really being contributive to the wiki community as of yet. I can see Benni's account being legitimate, but again he needs to post a reason as of why he votes yes. Alphablocks, on the other hand, checking his history, has been warned several times for violating CCSW policy. I also check Discord history to see that it doesn't look like Alpha and Tokihiko has had good history, since Tokohiko literally said that "he bullied [him]." And if that wasn't enough to disqualify the vote, "yeet" is not a reason someone is deserving to be promoted to an administrator.
So given that Stefan B and MyLove will fix their vote, it should generously be 3-2 at the moment (and I'd like to hear more about why he should be admin HM). In addition, it should also be important to note that two opposing votes are from users who have been here from 2013 and 2017 and have been admins/long-timers here who seem to have stated explicitly several cases in which Toki should not be an admin.
