Cotton Carnival is the thirteenth episode in Dreamworld and is the first episode of World Three of Dreamworld. This episode was released on March 19, 2014. It's the Dreamworld equivalent to the Reality episode Cupcake Circus.
Story
Before episode:
The clown plays with a bicycle horn that creates pink cotton clouds. There is also an abundance of cotton candy in the backdrop.
After episode:
Nothing happens.

- This episode has alliteration.
- This episode was released on the same date as Sticky Savannah in Reality.
- This episode contains the Hell's Cluster levels from levels 180 to 184, like the reality counterpart. However, it is much easier to earn three stars in level 183.
- Level 172 in reality is a jelly level. It replaced with a completely different candy order level. Before this, timed levels were the only type of levels replaced by a different type of level.
- Level 177 is a timed level in reality, but is replaced with a jelly level. Level 182 in reality is also a timed level. It is replaced with a candy order level.
- Level 178 is one of the few levels whose number of moves is a prime number.
- This episode is Medium-Hard like in reality.
- This episode is not inverted on Facebook (the other episodes are inverted). On mobile devices, the link between Dizzy Dessert and Cotton Carnival is a railway track.
