Cupcake Clinic is the 159th episode in Candy Crush Saga and the third and final episode of World Forty-Three. This episode was released on 8 March 2017. The champion title for this episode is Sassy Surgeon.
Story
Pepe is not feeling like his usual, sweet self. Tiffi gives him a scan and finds out that he is empty. She feeds him right amount of candies until Pepe's condition can now be declared as a healthy piñata.

After the intense difficulty of previous six episodes, Cupcake Clinic tones down the difficulty a bit, although it's still an extremely hard episode, as it contains two hard levels: 2368 and 2373, as well as seven very hard levels: 2361, 2364, 2365, 2366, 2367 and 2369, and two extremely hard levels: 2363 and 2371.Overall, this episode is much easier than the previous episode, Glittery Grove

- This is the first episode that takes place inside a hospital.
- Unlike the past two episodes featuring Pepe character, this one doesn't take place in a park/meadow location.

- Level 2361 was the first three-coloured level with UFOs before being buffed.
