You have to be careful not to tip the moon scale when activating one of these colour bombs for the order.
Each moon struck only lasts for two moves which limits the safe period which colour bombs can be activated.
The orders are worth 5,000 points.[1] Hence, an additional 20,000 points is required to earn one star.

Make your early moves with the concentration being to unlock the colour bombs. The blockers will need several adjacent moves alongside them to clear them out. However, you will have better luck creating special candies such as wrapped and striped. Use them to create multiple attacks on the icing.
After unlocking the icing, ignore other special candies besides colour bombs.
