Giggles is a minor character in Candy Crush Saga. He is a clown and encountered in the 13th episode, Cupcake Circus. Before introducing level 171, he is seen on a tightrope looking very anxious. This is because he's worried the audience will lose interest without any cotton candy, so he asks Tiffi for some help, and she happily agrees. After completing level 185, she uses a long pole to grab a cotton candy cloud, pulling down and gave it to the clown, who thanked her.

In the 15th episode, Sweet Surprise where he appears among with other characters.

In the 93rd episode, Syrupy Circus where he and Tiffi perform their routine together.

In the 153rd episode, Crumbly Crossing where he wants to spread love and cheer, but he made too many sweet treats to carry. Tiffi jumps right in, and starts up a food fight.

In the 231st episode, Frozen Fair, he is worried that the ice cream van is going to melt. Tiffi cools it down with cold ice cubes.

In the 13th Dreamworld episode, Cotton Carnival, he plays with a bicycle horn that creates pink cotton clouds.

He was one of the characters that got removed in April Fool's Day (2020).
