Four ingredients in 30 moves means you have to bring down one ingredient per 7-8 moves which is difficult due to the lower board being filled with blockers.
You also have to destroy the initial bomb within 8 moves which is 3 more moves than its Reality counterpart and there are more candy bombs spawned every 4 moves.
The moon scale may appear stable but since you need to use special candies to get access to the separated section Odus could be thrown off balance. Also moon struck occurs twice, yet lasts for only one move each.

Strategy
Clear the initial candy bombs right away, and then watch out for more that may fall.
Use a suitable special candy combination to open up the bottom, then make matches there to clear any remaining icing and liquorice swirls.
Keep an eye on the moon scale at all times, and take advantage of moon struck when it comes.
Trivia
The layout of the board is the same as the one that was nerfed in early-mid December 2013 and in March 15, 2014.
