Level 1338 is the thirteenth level in Brulee Bay and the 323rd ingredients level. To pass this level, you must release 3 gummi dragons in 26 moves or fewer.
When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.
The third dragon will only be dispensed after the player releases the first two.
Most of the dragon exits are blocked by toffee swirls, while the exit of the third dragon is blocked by four liquorice shells.
The player is provided with two horizontal striped candy cannons, which can be of great help while clearing the liquorice shells.
The presence of four candy colours makes it easy to create special candies.
The dragons are worth 30,000 points.[1] Hence, an additional 10,000 points is required to earn one star.

Quickly destroy most of the toffee swirls. After opening up the cannons as a result, use the horizontal striped candies to your advantage - start trying to clear the liquorice shells.
Keep in mind that the striped candy only spawns once every three moves. Use the intervals to destroy the remaining toffee swirls, most likely bringing down the first two dragons and spawning the third one.
After that, you should not only keep using the striped candies dispensed from the candy cannons, but also try to make as many special candies as possible by yourself - it's highly recommended that you create wrapped candies next to the liquorice shells.
After popping the liquorice shells, you can combine the yielded colour bombs and the third dragon will be released.
