Level 1403 is the third level in Peppermint Party and the 344th ingredients level. To pass this level, you must collect 3 cherries in 13 moves or fewer.
When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.
The three-layered icing can make it harder to bring all 3 ingredients down to the bottom. However four colours may help you bring the ingredients down to the bottom.
The ingredients are worth 30,000 points,[1] which is equal to the one star target score.

Strategy
You have to destroy icing to let candies go over the teleporter and bring the ingredients down.
A better approach would be to destroy the icing at upper right corner rather than opening a way through the lower end of the triangular board. If you are able to break one of the top icings, it will allow flow of candies and cherries to the lower triangular board.
Now match candies only in the lower board and you would be able to finish it fairly easily.
