This level is currently nearly impossible to beat without boosters (or even with boosters). This is likely caused by a level buff, lack of moves, an objective which requires insane luck to fulfill, a level glitch, or a design error. This level is currently, or likely one of the hardest levels of the game.
Level 1610 is the fifteenth and last level in Toffee Teasprings and the 375th candy order level. To pass this level, you must collect 5 cherries in 25 moves or fewer.
When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.
The two-layered icing squares originally block through the board, so the player needs to break some of them. However, breaking them too far will accidentally activate the striped candies and release candy bombs.
If the chocolate spawners are not controlled, they can spread chocolate on the top of the board. They will not spread through the rest of the board because the conveyor belt prevents it from spreading.

Strategy
Clear the nearest column of icing, but do not activate the striped candies, unless it becomes an accident by themselves. They will release ten-move candy bombs, making it more distracting for you to bring down ingredients.
Making vertical striped candies when you can is smart. They are also essential if chocolate prevents candies from refilling.
Carefully guide every ingredient down to its exits, using vertical striped candies if possible.
