Level 165 was the tenth level in Dizzy Dessert and the 20th candy order level in Dreamworld. To pass this level, you must collect 55 red candies and 1 striped candy in 30 moves or fewer. When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.

You are given half as many moves compared to its counterpart in Reality.
7-moves bombs are small pests to deal with.
Aside from that, chocolate from a chocolate fountain can block the flow near the top of the board.
The moon scale is stable.
Moon struck will prevent red candies from spawning if red appears on either side of the moon scale (the board has six colours). However, it makes the creation of striped candies easier due to the board having four colours during moon struck.
- If red colour appears on either side of the moon scale, eight additional candies have to be collected in addition to the 2 candies the player has to collect four moves after the moon struck.^[1]^[2]
The orders are worth 16,500 points.^[3] Hence, an additional 33,500 points is required to earn one star.

Make matches on red candies first before moon struck, then wait for moon struck to deal with special candies.

This is one of the levels that is easier in Dreamworld than its counterpart in Reality.
