Level 183 was the thirteenth level in Cotton Carnival and the 85th jelly level in Dreamworld. To pass this level, you must clear 2 single jelly squares in 30 moves or fewer.
When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.
The addition of one more colour can make the level harder. However, the board is wider compared to its counterpart in Reality.
The placement of jelly is very high and inconvenient, separated from the other parts of the board and are covered with liquorice locks, making the method of using only colour bombs impossible.
The moon scale can be unstable in certain situations.
The target score is much lower than its counterpart in Reality. This level is not dependent on a high-scoring Sugar Crush.
The jellies are worth 2,000 points. Hence, an additional 8,000 points are required to earn one star.

Strategy
On mobile, you can quit the level until you get both candies at the top corners of the level the same colour as the colour that appears at the left side of moon scale. You have 1:25 chance of getting this combination.
However, you must break the locks first, since moon struck cannot go through locks, and you will still have colours which otherwise do not occur during moon struck.
Use colour bombs on the locked candies otherwise. You may even mix one with striped candy.
If you are using boosters, mixing jelly fish + any special candy will yield an instant win.
Trivia
The Reality counterpart of this level has a different board layout.
This is one of the few levels which requires the least amount of jelly to be cleared as one double jelly is equivalent to two single jellies.
This is one of the few levels in this episode that does not have any four-layered icing.
This is one of the levels that is easier in Dreamworld than its counterpart in Reality.
Glitch
On the web version, if the candy on the left side of the moon scale is the same colour as both liquorice locks, moon struck will instantly beat the level for you. If the moon struck clears the jellies in the initial "zap", Odus will not return after you win, thus you will have a moon struck sugar crush.
There is a 1:25 chance of this occurring; you have 1:5 chance of having both liquorice locks of the same, and in turn you have a 1:5 chance of having the candy of the left side of the moon scale being the colour of the liquorice locks.
