Level 1926 is the first level in Hippy Hills and the 741st jelly level. To pass this level, you must clear 64 double jelly squares in 16 moves or fewer.
When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.
The jelly at the bottom may be very hard to clear because of the high presence of liquorice locks. With 16 moves, it's not easy to remove them with blockers and jelly fish may help and jelly fish are present.
That fact that four candy colours are present rather than five makes it helpful to make special candies.
