Level 2170 is the fifth level in Chilly Chimneys and the 554th candy order level. To pass this level, you must score at least 50,000 points in 35 moves in 0 moves or fewer.
When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.
There are mystery candy cannons and extra time candy cannons to help, but most of them have their paths are blocked by sachets and liquorice swirls.
The player is required to earn at least 1,340 points per second.[1][2]

Strategy
Try to crush out the blockers as soon as possible. If not, use boosters.
You have to hit that striped candy in the top middle twice. If you do that while clearing the sides, extra time candies will flow down non-stop. You can then play forever, until you decide to quit after earning the 3 stars, which takes a while.
