Level 2327 is the twelfth level in Frosty Fields and the 896th jelly level. To pass this level, you must clear 20 single and 6 double jelly squares in 22 moves or fewer.
When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.
With relatively few moves, there are very few moves to get the keys with horizontal stripes or a regular match for the bottom right, because you will still have to clear the jelly afterwards.
You have to do so since there are jellies underneath them.
Fortunately, there are colour bombs to help you.

Just about possible by getting a striped/wrapped together.
Suggest just use all boosters you have available to open up the board, and proceed from there. It is still not routine.
