Level 3161 is the sixth level in Pumpkin Planetarium and the 479th mixed mode level (336th jelly-ingredients). To pass this level, you must clear 18 single, 9 double jelly squares and release 5 gummi dragons in 13 moves or fewer.
When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.

Two-layered frosting squares surround the first dragon.
The 2x3 area on the bottom center is completely covered in marmalade, and jellies are underneath the entire area.
Only two dragons can appear at maximum.
The same cannons where the dragons spawn also spit out liquorice swirls.
Three colours make it easier despite the awkward board shape.
