When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.
The cannons above the main board spawn vertical striped candies, which can help in collecting the yellow candies. However, they also spawn liquorice swirls which may block their effects.
There are only 17 moves to collect the orders, and the spawn rate of the striped candies is not enough for nine yellow candies.
