Level 3523 is the eighth level in Wafer Wonderland and the 731st ingredients level. To pass this level, you must release 3 gummi dragons in 20 moves or fewer.
When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.
The second dragon spawns at 15 moves left. The third spawns at 10 moves left only after either dragon has been released.
One-layered toffee swirls block the dragon exits.
Dragons must travel through the conveyor belt to teleport to their exits. If they miss the teleporters, many moves will be wasted and this level will become much harder or even impossible.
The locked toffee swirls provide striped candies which can be used to clear the isolated toffee swirls on the bottom left, but their cannons also spawn 9-move candy bombs.
