This level is currently nearly impossible to beat without boosters (or even with boosters). This is likely caused by a level buff, lack of moves, an objective which requires insane luck to fulfill, a level glitch, or a design error. This level is currently, or likely one of the hardest levels of the game.
Level 3734 is the ninth level in Pudding Patch and the 578th mixed mode level (429th jelly-ingredients). To pass this level, you must clear 58 double jelly squares and release 6 gummi dragons in 20 moves or fewer.
When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.
The entire board is covered in double jelly, except for the three dragons.
The candy cane fences may not matter much because the dragons must be unlocked using special candies anyway. However, they limit the amount of matches and make frosting harder to clear.
The dragon cannons are jammed in frosting and bubblegum pops.
Only after all three dragons are released could the fourth spawn, and it must be released before the next can appear.
With 4 colours and 20 moves, it is nearly impossible to initiate the cascading demanded to clear the blockers and jelly.
