Level 3990 is the tenth level in Woolly Workshop and the 647th mixed mode level (475th jelly-ingredients). To pass this level, you must clear 64 double jelly squares, collect 2 hazelnuts and 2 cherries in 26 moves or fewer.
When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.
This is officially the first level with four-layered waffles in marmalade. Level 3659 had an unofficial appearance of this blocker combination due to redesigning.
