Level 403 was the eighth level in Rambunctious Riffs and the 98th candy order level in Dreamworld. To pass this level, you must collect 15 striped candies and 15 wrapped candies in 40 moves or fewer. When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.

9-move bombs drop constantly.
There are 15 wrapped candies and 15 striped candies you need to collect. It can be hard due to huge amount of icing and a cake bomb to be cleared.
You have 40 moves to clear 30 total special candies, so that is one candy per ~1.3 moves.
The orders are worth 30,000 points,^[1] which is equal to the one-star target score.

Prioritise wrapped candies over striped candies, since wrapped candies are harder to make.
Try not to clear the mystery candies until you have opened the icing, in the chance that it spawns a colour bomb in marmalade.
The moon scale is more stable in this level, so Odus has a better tolerance towards large-scale cascades. You should still watch the moon scale, however.
Try using colour bomb + striped or wrapped combinations to fulfill the orders easily.
