This level is currently nearly impossible to beat without boosters (or even with boosters). This is likely caused by a level buff, lack of moves, an objective which requires insane luck to fulfill, a level glitch, or a design error. This level is currently, or likely one of the hardest levels of the game.
Level 4685 is the fifteenth and last level in Radical Ramps and the 1631st jelly level. To pass this level, you must clear 8 single and 51 double jelly squares in 21 moves or fewer.
When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.
The cake bombs are positioned in a way that clearing them is very difficult, especially in the outer corners.
Five-layered frosting covers the vertical striped cannons that can help clear the bombs.
Magic mixers spawn liquorice swirls, but when they are destroyed, they make an explosion that helps with the clearing of the cake bombs.
The two corners covered in chests and chocolate, especially the top right one, is even harder to clear, but the sugar key spawn rate makes it slightly easier.
