The player is provided with four lucky candies. However, since they are placed in the lower half of the board, it's hard to make use of them until the sugar chests are unlocked. Also, they are adjacent to chocolate squares, meaning that the lucky candies can be eaten before the player can make use of them.

Strategy
As you are required to collect 15 striped candies in 20 moves, you need to watch your every single move and be careful at all times.
The keys need to be collected as soon as possible. A new one spawns every move and the board spawns up to 3 if there are less, so collecting them won't be difficult.
Make sure that the chocolate doesn't spread while you're trying to collect the keys.
After the chests are unlocked, make matches with the lucky candies.
Set up a colour bomb and combine it with one of the striped candies yielded by the lucky candies.
If the striped candies are accidentally set off before you can use them for the above-mentioned combination, make more by yourself.
