Level 8106 is the first level in Sunny Swamp and the 191st rainbow rapids level. To pass this level, you must unleash the rainbow rapids to collect 4 rainbow candies in 21 moves or fewer. When you complete the level, Sugar Crush is activated and will score you additional points.
