Recently, Lefty has blocked level 100. I'm here to STRONGLY DISAGREE this act because it's an act of "common mistakes" and not "assuming good faith". See also Help:Assuming good faith and Help:Common mistakes.

First, he does not negotiate with us with the dispute of the difficulty of level 100. He does not reply to my previous comment. This means he is not handling disagreements. What he does is to downgrade the difficulty of level 100 and then block the page. This action is intimidating and intolerant. "The majority of pages on all Wikia should remain publicly editable, and are not to be protected." Is the responsibility that an admin should have - blocking pages whenever there are disputes? Is admin meant to be arrogant and mean? Is that really an admin should do, like Kim Jong-un? Please, no matter what reason, do not block a page without a reasonable reason. I sincerely urge to unblock Level 100.

Second, according to Help:Page protection, "Do not protect a page you are involved in an edit dispute over. Admin powers are not editor privileges - admins should only act as servants to the user community at large." That means it is not necessary to protect level 100. There is no vandalism at the page. If you think I am vandalizing, "Even if someone made an edit that needs to be reverted, it doesn't mean that their intention in making that edit was anything less than honorable. You should approach disagreements with a sense that the other person just wants to help, so you can be a friendly, honest, and caring voice in the community rather than someone who assumes that anyone who does something differently than you is out to ruin the wiki." I sincerely urge to unblock Level 100.

One more advice:

"Whenever an edit or a message irritates you, take a step back and assume the person is just trying to help. This can help you look past your frustration and recognize what they are trying to achieve, and then act more kindly based on that understanding."
